Ernie is contacted about a “special delivery” of a “bear” in his work bathroom.
He is a former hockey player with a four-year-old Toby and older son, Ben, all living in Tallahassee, FL.
He does not have custody of his children and divorced his former wife, Christa.
Christa did not take Toby or Ben trick-or-treating, so Ernie goes out the night after asking houses for candy.
He goes to another divorced woman’s house with kids; all three play together while Ernie has a brief encounter.
